The Loghouse Restaurant at Garnet Hill Lodge is dedicated to serving our guests the most delicious and passionately prepared dishes made from scratch with only fresh, authentic ingredients many of which are locally sourced. Chef Thomas Deciantis has designed a superb menu featuring many appealing American dishes; fine dining with an Adirondack twist, all to give you, our guest, the most unique and satisfying dining experience possible.
We also have Baker Mary Jane Freeburn with us. Her homemade pies and breads are legendary at the Lodge and she hasn't lost her touch. Her dinner rolls and breads are baked and served fresh daily and they taste out of this world.
The main dining room is decorated and arranged to accommodate guests in a warm, intimate environment centered around the fireplace or in one of our porches overlooking the lake and Adirondack Mountains. Our well appointed tables and gracious service will make you feel pampered and special every time.
Private Dining Screen Porch
For small to medium size groups who wish to have a private setting for dinner, we offer our screen porch area with seating up to 25 people by reservation only.
Wine Tasting Dinners at Garnet Hill Lodge are held several times a year and it seems each time is better than the last. With a five course meal served from our chef's kitchen and fine wines paired with each entree, guests rave about the entire experience.

Dear Don and Mindy,
We want to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at lovely Garnet Hill Lodge last weekend. It was so special to be there again and we appreciated everything you did to make us feel so welcome.
The Lodge was so cozy and warm and all your staff were so helpful and friendly. Donna at reception, Mary upstairs and Brent and our servers for dinner and breakfast were cheerful and delightful. You have done so much to make the rooms and the lounging spaces so comfortable and inviting.
Our dinners were fantastic. Please give our compliments to your chef. The scallops were tender, tasty and beautifully presented as was all the food we had. We wish you much success in the future and we'll look forward to seeing you again next year.
